This luxury underwater hotel was built in Singapore and floated to the Maldives. It was then sunk on the side of a reef and connected up to the main villas plant room.
Plumbuilt Plumbing Services were hand picked by the project engineers to complete the plumbing on this project.
This house was awarded Gold in the 2017 Registered Master Builders House of the Year category Renovation over $1,000,000. It also received the Gold Reserve award in the same category in the National 2017 House of the Year awards.
Goldmaster award for section – this was a Classic late 1800s historic home transformation – here we helped with the plumbing, gas and drainlaying.
Completion of 82 brand new aged care facilities with disabled bathrooms
Run a large 100mm copper high pressure gas main through a new courtyard and open air eating area and through to 15 individual tenancies with all safety valves, metering valves and with the latest reading capabilities.
Dunn Road is a 6-story building with 46 apartments. This was an immense and satisfying project to complete – a big thanks to Joel and his team for their great efforts here.

Progress photos of Northbridge a retirement complex we are working on in Northcote. Our drainage team did some hardcore shoring to achieve this, getting up to 6 meters deep in some areas!
